HOWDY! Summer holidays are arriving at the end and a new uncertain school year is at the door. We are all a bit worried for the current situation. We are specially concerned with how our teaching is going to be: in-person, virtual, hybrid? EAT REAL FOOD, NOT PRODUCTS As Hypocrates said, "Let food be thy medicine". We all know that to be healthy, we have to eat the appropriate food.
